About Us

Realty Connect is a niche Digital Marketing Ad Agency specializing in the Residential  Real Estate industry.  We've operated from Toronto Canada since 2007.

Our core services are Email Marketing, Trade Show Booth Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing.

Real Estate Email Marketing

We market Real Estate Development & Construction Industry product and service providers businesses to our proprietary email database of 500+ Ontario Residential and Commercial Real Estate Developers. 

We also market Ontario Real Estate Developers to our very large database of Ontario Real Estate Agents.

Trade Show Booth Marketing

We optimize your Trade Show Booth's lead generation capability.  We do that by providing qualified people to work at your booth at your next trade show.  During the show our people observe and test your booth's ability to effectively generate new business.  We then recommend changes for more effectively capturing two types of leads at your current show, future trade shows, and online:

1) Marketing Qualified Leads - people Early-Mid Stage in the buying process who are Problem Aware & Solution AwareThese are the majority of people attending real estate trade shows.  Their problems prompted them to begin researching solutions online and offline by attending trade shows.  At this point they're much more focused on researching various approaches to solving their problems than researching vendors.  They'll be interested in attending speaker events at the show.  Some will talk with you at your booth, but at this point very few-none will be interested in meeting with you after the show. 

However, most will gladly provide their email address at your booth for receiving specific educational information for helping their research.  Thereafter you can regularly educate them on how your business solves their problems them via Email Marketing and Social Media. 

When they've done sufficient research and the timing is right they'll become Sales Qualified Leads.

 

2) Sales Qualified Leads - people Late Stage in the buying process who are now Vendor AwareThese are the minority of people attending real estate trade shows.  Through their online and offline research they've decided on the preferred approach for solving their problems.  They're now actively researching and interviewing vendors offering the type of solution they're looking for.  If they deem you a qualified Vendor they'll approach you at your booth and want to meet with you after the show. 

However, if they opted into receiving your marketing at a trade show or online when they were Early-Mid Stage in the buying process, when they reach Late Stage and become a Sales Qualified Lead, you'll be the vendor most likely winning their business.
